Expungement Granted for a Criminal Charge Dated in 1983!

So, what was the case?
Well, a couple of weeks back, we received a call from one of our previous clients’ fathers. He said that he had some legal trouble going on, which had to be addressed urgently. A Past Mistake that Lingered
Mr. Baker (the father of our client) had recently switched jobs for a better opportunity. However, what never crossed his mind was that nowadays, employers do background checks to verify whether a candidate has a criminal record or not.
Things were going smoothly when Mr. Baker learned that his recent background check unveiled some criminal charges that he was accused of back in July 1983! Upon asking him about the incident, he told us that he was in college at that time and faced an arrest for a criminal activity. He was accused of conspiracy and receiving stolen property.

Finally, we had some good news for Mr. Baker. After considering his case and his present scenario, his expungement appeal was granted! This meant that Mr. Baker’s past mistake would never come into light ever again, and he could now live a stress-free life! Moreover, no further background check would be able to reveal his record, which was primarily Mr. Baker’s demand from our Pittsburgh criminal lawyers.
