Roblox Abuse Litigation Updates and Source Guide
This page highlights selected official court records relevant to Roblox child sexual exploitation and assault litigation. It is a source guide, not a complete docket report or a prediction about liability, settlement, or the outcome of any family’s case.
December 12, 2025: Centralization
The JPML transfer order established coordinated federal pretrial proceedings in the Northern District of California before Judge Richard Seeborg. It describes allegations and case-management reasons. It does not decide the merits of each claim.
June 3, 2026: Scope of the Proceedings
The Panel denied transfer of the Seitz action to either the Roblox MDL or the social-media-addiction MDL. The order explains why allegations involving grooming for violence presented different issues. A platform name alone does not identify the proper litigation track.
June 22, 2026: Settlement Master Appointment
The public federal docket records an order appointing a settlement master. Such an appointment does not itself establish a settlement agreement, a claims program, or payment eligibility. Review any later official orders and the facts of an individual claim before relying on an advertisement or headline.

Safety and Records Come First
If a child faces immediate danger, call 911. Stop harmful contact; do not keep a child exposed to collect proof. Record ordinary identifiers, approximate dates, report numbers, and the names of services involved. Do not investigate or confront a suspected offender, access accounts without permission, or ask a child repeated or leading questions.
Do not download, copy, forward, upload, or email sexual images or videos involving a minor. Do not attach them to a law-firm inquiry. If such material exists, seek safe handling instructions from law enforcement. NCMEC’s CyberTipline information explains reporting suspected online child sexual exploitation. Reporting and legal consultation are separate steps.

Request a Private Case Review
Call 412.387.6901 or request a consultation. Use the inquiry form only for basic contact information and a general request for a Roblox case review. Do not send passwords, medical records, explicit material, or unnecessary identifying details about a child. Ask the firm about secure delivery of appropriate records. An inquiry does not create representation, file a lawsuit, or stop a deadline. Acceptance requires conflicts and attorney review and an agreement with the firm.
